We have a serious bike here which rides on water as well as on the land. It’s half bicycle / half pedal boat hybrid that looks as fun as it sounds.

This human-powered amphibious bike is called Di-Cycle which currently stays as a concept belongs to GBO design. And it’s intended for the Netherlands as it’s surrounded by water and somemore the people over there are so much used to biking.

Using the Di-Cycle allows you to travel both on the roads and also the multiple canals in the city of Helmond. This conceptual design has won the GBO the Brabantse Spelen design competition in 2005. Too bad it’s just a concept.
