Sony world’s thinnest rugged Cybershot camera


Sony has announced their latest rugged digital camera, Cyber-shot DSC-TX5, which comes in a super slim and compact case. Although the slim and compact size that makes it look more like a girly gadget, but it’s actually been made to withstand various harsh environments. Such as it’s waterproof down to 10 feet for up to an hour, survive drop of about 5 feet and it can keep shooting at temperatures as low as 14 degrees Fahrenheit and some more it’s dust-proof.


The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX5 camera is meant for adventurous girls. It can be used to shoot those awesome panorama shots under water, especially handy while you go snorkeling. It’s equipped with a Exmor R backside-illuminated 10-megapixel CMOS sensor and able to shoot with good performance even under low-light condition. It has a 3-inch screen for easy viewing of pictures playback.
