Sharp cellphones mostly dominate the Japanese market and are usually associated with the operator, NTT DoCoMo. But now a Sharp mobile phone called the Sharp FX is making its way to AT&T. The Sharp FX is a smart phone that is specially built for the heavy texters, which it comes with a slide-out QWERTY that is great for email and SMS.

The rest of the features on the Sharp FX is just on the average, which it packs a 2MP camera, 3.5G connectivity, GPS and web browser which are quite common these days on mobile phones. But it has a little extra that is a mobile TV that allows you to receive digital TV broadcasts while you’re on the run.

The Sharp FX will be available on July 25 at a cost of $100 and also binds you with a 2-year contract that costs you $60 per month for both data and voice.
